When you purchase a report, we collect your birth date, exact birth time, birth location, and your stated training challenge. This data is collected for the sole purpose of calculating your customized mathematical astrological data. It is never utilized for automated profiling, third-party tracking, or public case studies without your explicit, written consent.
2. Secure Offline Storage
To shield your information from internet data harvesting and corporate breaches, your birth data and finalized PDF reports are only stored on a secure offline hard drive.
3. No Public Disclosure
We honor the private nature of individual horse-and-rider partnerships. Your report and your chart dynamics remain strictly confidential.
4. Right to Permanent Erasure
You retain absolute ownership of your digital footprint. At any time after your report is delivered, you may request that your birth data, intake notes, and PDF blueprints be permanently and completely purged from our records.
5. Anonymized Research and Case Studies
To continuously refine The Epona Rising Astrology Method™, your anonymized report results—such as calculated planetary placements, aspects, generalized somatic roadblocks and other purely astrologic data—may be utilized for ongoing system research. Your name, location, birth date, and identifying personal details are completely stripped from this data. Any resulting research or case study remains entirely unidentifiable, ensuring your private training journey remains 100% confidential.
Epona Rising™: Service Agreement & Legal Disclaimer
1. Nature of Service
Epona Rising™ reports are an interpretive research tool based on astrological archetypes. It is designed for personal insight and inspirational purposes regarding the horse owner/rider/caretaker internal dynamics.
2. Not Professional Advice
I am an astrological researcher, not a veterinarian, certified horse trainer, or animal behaviorist or licensed mental health professional. This report does not replace professional medical, physical, mental or behavioral consultations for you or your horse. Always prioritize safety and consult with a licensed professional for any dangerous behaviors or health concerns.
3. Intellectual Property
The methodologies and framework provided in your report are the proprietary intellectual property of Epona Rising™. You agree not to reproduce, copy, plagiarize, or use these frameworks for commercial purposes, public distribution, or within a professional training business. However, you are welcome and encouraged to share your personal report privately with your personal riding coach, trainer, or counselor to aid your development.
4. Research Agreement
Epona Rising™ may use your anonymized (stripped of all personal identification, your identity is safe with us) data for research and pattern recognition for future educational materials.
5. Assumption of Risk & Limit of Liability
Horses are inherently unpredictable. Any insights or reflections provided are for your contemplation only. If you choose to explore these concepts in your physical horsemanship, you agree to do so only under the supervision of a qualified equine professional. Epona Rising™ is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or interpretation of this information.
6. Accuracy of Your Birth Data and Refund Policy
You are responsible for providing an accurate birth date, time, and location. If you realize you have made a data error (e.g., birth time or date), please email me at info@eponarising.com within 12 hours of submission. Once the analysis has begun, data changes cannot be accommodated without an additional re-processing fee. Because each Epona Rising™ report is custom, digital product created specifically for your unique data, all sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for reports generated from incorrect user input or any other reason, unless explicitly granted at my sole discretion.
