Data Gathering Guide

Zodiac Sign Chart

Use the following guidelines for the Required Data

Why this is necessary:

Astrology works by capturing the picture in the sky above, where the planets were and how they were interacting with each other at that specific moment in time. This reflects to us the patterns, cycles, traits and default habits for the person, horse or event we are looking at. The parts of the chart move similar to a clock. The more exact you can be with the date/time/location, the more accurate and complete the information will be in your profile. There are work arounds listed below for rescues or missing histories.

Birth Data: You will need Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Location of Birth.

Where to look:

  • For You: Birth certificate, hospital records, baby book, close relative, old photos, etc.

  • For Your Horse: Breeder records, breed registries, import records, early vet records, etc.

If you do not know when your horse was born, see below.

Arrival Day Data: You will need Date of Arrival, Time of Arrival, and Location of Arrival.

Where to look:

  • Horse: Search emails, texts, photo timestamps, video timestamps, sales or rescue paperwork, shipping receipts or communications, etc.

Still Can’t Find the Exact Time?

If your time of birth is lost or your horse’s history is unknown, it is still possible to gain profound breakthroughs and "aha" moments. In astrology, last resort is to utilize a 12:00 PM standard placeholder, or a close time frame if you know it:

  • Know it was early morning? We utilize 6:00 AM.

  • Late night? We utilize 10:00 PM.

  • Middle of the night? We utilize 3:00 AM.

  • Early evening? We utilize 6:00 PM.

Please Read Before Choosing a Placeholder Time:

Before you skip to a placeholder just because it feels easier, understand the technical trade-offs. Because key cosmic placements move rapidly, a chart without an exact minute must completely omit the Rising Sign (Ascendant) and the entire House System (the specific areas of life being affected). The Moon sign may also be obscured depending on the day. If your history is truly lost, we will still extract powerful, meaningful information from the remaining planetary alignments. But if the data exists anywhere in an old text message or registry folder, take the time to find it—your horse and your partnership deserve that precision.
